While the market is “correcting” a bit, it’s still hot and there are still lots of people searching for homes and investment properties. This newly listed condo, now pending, had multiple offers, including cash offers. While we have had a very seller heavy market for quite awhile, we are now seeing a balancing out; still very good for sellers, but friendlier and more approachable for buyers (including investors, which I’m seeing quite a bit of).
